Needlepoint Angels is a registered 501(c)3 organization that was set up to help stitchers in need. Whether you have experienced loss from a natural disaster, home disaster or are going through a difficult time for any reason, Needlepoint Angels are set up to help. We accept monetary donations as well as donations of canvases, threads, notions, books etc. to sell to raise money for affected stitchers.

Needlepoint Angels helps recreate heirlooms that were lost or damaged. We can try to locate the same canvases that were lost and replace them, or if you need a new project to stitch, we are pleased to offer you any donated canvases or the funds to buy a canvas you would like. We’re also able to provide basic stitching tools and accessories like scissors, project bags, needles and threads to help get you restarted.

Money raised by either financial donations or by sales of donated items through our destashing website is used to purchase projects for stitchers who have lost them. That could include purchasing canvases and supplies for affected stitchers, covering finishing costs, as well as operational support for keeping Needlepoint Angels going like website, shipping and storage costs.

Yes, if you place a monetary donation on our website, an email will be sent automatically reflecting that donation. If you donate canvases or supplies and would like a donation receipt, please email needlepointangels@gmail.com and a donation receipt will be emailed to you.

We accept any kind of needlepoint canvas or threads, needlepoint books, notions, tools, project bags, etc. We prefer canvases that have not been stitched however we will still take them if they are started.
